How can I create an email "dropbox" in Office365 using Outlook 2010?
I understand that public folders are not supported in Office 365 and maybe that ends my inquiry, I don't know. All I want is for the attorneys in my office to be able to drop emails into a folder that the receptionist can access, whereupon they will update case and billing files, then delete the email. I've tried creating shared subfolders in the attorneys' inbox and giving the receptionist access permssions, but the folder never shows up anywhere on the receptionist's machine. Is there some trick to this or some other way of accomplishing what we're trying to accomplish here? Thanks
